Local Radio Personality Bruce Jacobs Railroaded By City Of Phoenix
This story has many many facets, so if you have any questions I will try and answer them as asked. Basically here in Az. we have a huge immigration problem. We have possibly hundreds of thousands of illegals walking the streets, working in our offices, cleaning our babies asses, you name it they have made their way in and at this point the left is going to make sure that they stay. But along with these “Undocumented workers” come the lowest criminals you could think of. Undocumented Rapists, Undocumented Murderers, Undocumented Hit & Runners, Undocumented Cop Killers. The latter being what this is all about.
Phoenix Police Officer Nick Erfle was shot after he and his partner approached three people for jaywalking and obstructing traffic on 24th Street, one block north of Thomas Road.
The suspect carjacked a vehicle and took the driver hostage. About an hour later, an unmarked special assignments unit spotted a car and suspect matching the carjacked vehicle’s description.
They began surveillance and managed to box in the vehicle at 27th Avenue and McDowell Road. The suspect pointed his gun at the hostage and he was shot and killed by an officer. The suspect was later identified as an illegal alien with a felony record. He had been deported in 2006 and illegally re-entered the country.
The driver of the vehicle was not injured. The two females who were with the suspect when he was initially stopped were taken into custody for questioning.
Officer Erfle had served with the Phoenix Police Department for 8 years. He is survived by his wife and two children.
Mrs. Julie Erfle, the widow of slain Phoenix Police Officer Nick Erfle was recruited last week by Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris to be a spokesperson for Immigration Reform.
At a news conference on Thursday, she expressed frustration with the immigration debate in Phoenix since her husband was killed eight months ago.
Erfle called on Gov. Janet Napolitano to set up a nonpartisan task force of experts that would push for comprehensive immigration reform within Arizona. The task force’s goal, she said, would be to emphasize public safety while preserving the dignity of all people.
“We need comprehensive immigration reform that puts safety and humanity on an equal footing,” Erfle said. “We cannot have one without the other.”
In doing so, she said, she would honor the memory of a man who gave his life in service to the community.
“I believe his death can also be an inspiration – an inspiration for positive change,” Erfle said. “I hope that today will be a first step in immigration, and not a last step.”
Really? REALLY? Well besides being an unusual area to become interested in it is also more interesting in regards to what’s going on right now in Phoenix with not only Phoenix Police Chief Jack Harris but with his boss Mayor Phil Gordon. Mayor Phil Gordon is in a fight for his life as the citizens of Phoenix are signing a petition to have him recalled.
A public-interest group in Phoenix is collecting signatures in hopes of forcing a recall election for Mayor Phil Gordon, who they believe has failed to deal with the problem of illegal immigration in the community.
The group — American Citizens United — has until August 28 to collect nearly 24,000 signatures from the city’s 521,000 registered voters. Spokesman Phillip Quihuis believes Phoenix has turned into a sanctuary city because Gordon is a sanctuary mayor. And he contends the sanctuary policy has been devastating to the nation’s fifth-largest city, essentially making the Arizona capital the “kidnapping capital of the nation.”
“We’re also right on the top when it comes to identity theft…[and] auto thefts because so many ‘coyotes’ and drug runners are stealing cars up in the Phoenix area [and] taking them down to Mexico…to transport drugs and illegal aliens back up here,” he details.
Phoenix citizens want a mayor who is going to stop turning a blind eye to the situation, Quihuis asserts, and actually do something to clean up the city.
So… I know this is a lot to take in and this post is long but this story is incredibly complicated. Anywhoooo, Bruce Jacobs a local radio personality at 550 KFYI and outspoken critic of both Immigration Reform and Jack Harris and Mayor Phil Gordon. So Bruce Jacobs went on the radio Thursday morning and blasted Julie Erfle for doing something so stupid as placating the same group that wants to open the borders to Undocumented Rapists, Undocumented Murderer’s, Undocumented Hit & Runners, Undocumented Cop Killers. I actually was listening to this “rant” when he did it and found it a bit hard to listen to, but to be honest I have to agree with him. Officer Erfle paid the ultimate price when he was gunned down in the line of duty on September 18, 2007. Today, August 25, 2008, at 4:00 P.M., City of Phoenix Public Safety Manager Jack Harris will be holding a press conference in response to the unwarranted attack on Mrs. Erfle. The news conference will be held in the Police Chief’s conference room of the Main Police Station at 620 W. Washington. There will not be a question and answer session following the conference.

So basically the left is trying to stop free speech by putting a helpless, hopeless, poor grieving widow out front of a topic that quite frankly has been already decided on, WE ARE NOT IN FAVOR OF AMNESTY! IT IS NOT GOING TO WORK OR STOP ILLEGAL ALIENS FORM ENTERING THE UNITED STATES AND BREAKING OUR LAWS! BUILD OUR FENCE!
Quit putting these people out in front of the issues that you think are going to get you reelected, or in this case RECALLED in the hopes that no one will speak out against them for fears of being looked at as mean or nasty. In this case thank God we have someone like Bruce Jacobs who isn’t afraid of getting out there and saying it like it is. You wanna hear what he has to say about this?

Illegal Aliens Rear End Homeland Security Vehicle
Normally, a non-injury rear-end collision wouldn’t warrant a news story. But in an ironic twist, this crash involved a van full of illegal immigrants which slammed into an SUV owned by the Department of Homeland Security.
The Arizona Department of Public Safety said the van was heading west Tuesday morning when it was involved in a three-vehicle chain-reaction crash near the Elliot Road off-ramp. Harold Sanders with DPS said, “the 11 illegal immigrants inside the van were turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
There were no reports of any injuries, despite the fact that the van was overloaded.
“The passengers inside were moving targets for other vehicular danger,” Sanders said. “The van was not designed to hold 11 people, that’s based on the amount of seat positions.”

Ok. Let me say that this is making me sick. I defend the right everyday, but I can’t get half a man for president. John McCain has put onto his staff the worst of the worst when it comes to immigration. Juan Hernandez as Hispanic Outreach Director… What the hell is he thinking? Maybe he’s thinking that he will get the left to vote for him instead of Obama? No, not even the biggest idiot walking God’s Green Earth would believe that. Maybe he thinks that us on the right wouldn’t notice someone like Hernandez joining his staff because “he supports my policies and my proposals and my legislative proposal to secure the borders first.” Nah… probably not. Well, Ol’ Lettuce McAmnesty got called on it and what was his answer?

Hernandez is also on the record advocating a “Mexico first” policy for Mexican-Americans who have been living in the US for generations. The Soros-connected former Mexican cabinet officer is also on the record as seeing the US, Mexico and Canada as a bloc or region within which there shouldn’t be borders. Unless those policies sync with McCain’s, Hernandez does not agree with McCain’s policies. He might be on the senator’s staff for some other reason, but policy agreement isn’t it. Unless, of course, McCain agrees with Hernandez’s policies. And if that’s the case, the voters ought to know about it.

While criticizing Arizona, Mexico ignores its own hiring law!
MEXICO CITY – Though the Mexican government has blasted Arizona’s new employer-sanctions law in the past week, Mexico, too, has federal rules specifically barring companies from hiring illegal immigrants.
But Mexico’s law is rarely enforced, partly because Mexico’s tax-evasion problem makes illegal workers harder to detect and partly because illegal immigration is seen as less of a problem as in the United States, experts say. In fact, Mexico has legalized hundreds of undocumented migrants from Central America under an amnesty program launched in December 2006. And although state and local governments in the United States have begun passing laws regarding migrants, Mexican states have mostly left such rulemaking to the federal government.
Arizona’s sanctions law went into effect on Jan. 1, requiring employers to run new hires’ identification documents through a federal database called E-Verify. Companies that knowingly hire illegal immigrations could lose their business licenses.

This is hysterical. I live in Phoenix and know first hand what illegal aliens are doing to our country, my state in particular. Recently with the employers sanction law taking effect Mexicans everywhere are heading back to Ol’ Mexico where the have no jobs/money/houses/hopes. Boo friggin’ whoo. So what does Mexico do instead of helping their own citizens? They come here and blame us for their country sucking old man balls.

A delegation of nine state legislators from the Mexican state of Sonora is in Arizona to make their case against Arizona’s new employer sanctions law.

A delegation of nine state legislators from the Mexican state of Sonora is in Arizona to make their case against Arizona’s new employer sanctions law.
The lawmakers say it will have a devastating affect on Sonora, which borders Arizona.
At a news conference yesterday in Tucson, the group said Sonora can’t handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools it will face as illegal Mexican workers in Arizona return to their hometowns without jobs or money.
The employer sanctions law, which took effect January 1st, punishes employers who knowingly hire individuals who don’t have valid legal documents to work in the United States.
The Sonora lawmakers scheduled a breakfast meeting today in Phoenix with Hispanic members of the Arizona Legislature.
• Dems Gut Fence Spending To Give To Illegal Immigrant Defense Lawyers
This better make somebody angry. I don’t even have a lot to say for this except that it speaks for itself.
Congress last night passed a giant new spending bill that undermines current plans for a U.S.-Mexico border fence, allowing the Homeland Security Department to build a single-tier barrier rather than the two-tier version that has worked in California. …
“The fact that this was buried in a bloated, 3,500-page omnibus speaks volumes about the Democrats’ unserious approach on border security and illegal immigration,” said House Minority Leader John A. Boehner, Ohio Republican. “Gutting the Secure Fence Act will make our borders less secure, but it’s consistent with the pattern of behavior we’ve seen all year from this majority.”
The 2006 Secure Fence Act specifically called for “two layers of reinforced fencing” and listed five specific sections of border where it should be installed. The new spending bill removes the two-tier requirement and the list of locations.
House Republican Whip Roy Blunt of Missouri said the bill is full of “misguided” policy decisions: “On one page, for instance, you will find a set of new restrictions on the construction of our security fence along the border; on another, $10 million in ‘emergency’ funding for attorneys of illegal immigrants.
What the hell? This is apparently the “New Direction” for the left. Ignore Homeland Security by keeping the borders open, then allow criminals who have no rights in the US to get a defense for their crimes and completely ignore the fact that some statistics say that 80% of the US feels that closing the border is the most important issue of our time.

• Arizona Requiring All Business To Use E-Verify Employment-Eligibility Program
Over the last few weeks those of us living in Arizona have been bombarded by the media with stories about the State of Arizona requiring all businesses to use the E-Verify Employment-Eligibility Program starting on January 1, 2008. This program makes it easy for employers to check the eligibility of new employees by simply logging into the E-Verify website, entering the employees information that they provide on the standard I9 form that every new employee must fill out when hired. This is going to make sure that all Arizona business comply with the Legal Arizona Workers Act.
Beginning Jan. 1, all business owners in Arizona risk losing their state and local licenses if they knowingly or intentionally hire undocumented workers after that date. Licenses can be suspended for 10 days or longer for a first offense and revoked altogether for a second offense.
Basically this is going to prevent Arizona businesses from hiring illegal aliens. Presumably the companies are hiring these illegal because they will work for far less than the minimum wage and in return stuff the employer’s wallets. It could also be argued that the hiring of these illegal aliens also drive the overall wages down making it impossible for legal citizens to get a fair wage. It is estimated that there are 150,000 illegal aliens working in the State of Arizona currently. Nearly 6,000 employers had signed up for E-Verify, compared with fewer than 450 before the sanctions law was signed by the governor in July. Still, the 6,000 constitute just a fraction of the state’s 150,000 employers.
Now onto the part that all of you came here to read. I’m sure you can see all of the people you regularly see on the news who make excuses for the illegal aliens foaming in their drool cups right now and crapping themselves with anger. Here in Phoenix we are continually accused of being racists, nazis, fear-mongers and bigots for wanting our government to follow it’s own laws. So here it is…
Julie Pace, an attorney for the business groups, said the latest lawsuit contains the same arguments the first one did against the employer-sanctions law – that it’s an unconstitutional attempt by the state to regulate immigration and that cracking down on hiring illegal immigrants is the sole responsibility of the federal government.
The plaintiffs are providing evidence including a declaration by an Arizona employer who states that he is knowingly hiring an undocumented worker and intends to do so after Jan. 1 and has been specifically threatened by the county attorney that he is going to be prosecuted under the new law, Pace said Monday.

Now what I did was go to the website, I signed up, took a quick test on procedures, passed the test without even reading the manual, got certified, went in and E-Verified myself all in the span of about 20 minutes. Assuming that you had already gone through the certification process it would take less than 5 minutes for each person you needed to verify and receive a positive or negative reaction from the program.
Any business owner in Arizona or in America for that matter would be hard pressed to find something inconvenient about the program. Except those who want to hire illegals. There are many more nuances about the law that I could get into but I’m lazy and I don’t think you really care. So through out this post are important links to information regarding the topic. Up until a few days ago the Phoenix Police Department was unable to call ICE or the Border Patrol when they caught a criminal who was suspected of being an illegal alien except under special circumstances. Their hands were tied by Police Operations Order 1.4 that is the order that currently prescribes and dictates exactly when a Phoenix Police Officer can call Immigration and Customs authorities — and when they cannot. It is the same Order that has caused Phoenix to be labeled by some as a “Sanctuary City”. In recent weeks, talk-radio hosts and newspaper columnists have battered Gordon for failing to quell a dispute over day laborers at M.D. Pruitt’s Home Furnishings, where 200 people gathered to protest on Saturday. But if you ask me I think they should just let them keep protesting because THE ILLEGAL ALIENS KEEP GOING OUT AND PROTESTING!
Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s human smuggling unit arrested 8 more illegal immigrants outside Pruitt’s Furniture on Saturday. That brings the total to 32 arrests over a 6-week period in which Sheriff’s deputies have been enforcing state and federal immigration laws througout Maricopa County.
Pro-illegal immigration and day laborer protesters have been lining up outside the Thomas road store, protesting the store and the Sheriff’s illegal immigration enforcement.
Arpaio says those protesters will be arrested and put in jail if they violate any laws on the Pruitt’s store property.
Well, (D) Mayor Phil Gordon has decided to change Police Operations Order 4.1! Gordon and city have come under criticism for the existing policy after the shooting death of a Phoenix Police officer by an illegal immigrant from Mexico. There are an estimated 579,000 illegals in the state making up 12 percent of Arizona’s work force, according to the Center for Immigration Studies.
The revised policy is being reviewed now by former U.S. Attorney Paul Charlton, former U.S. Attorney Jose Rivera, former Arizona Attorney General Grant Woods and former Maricopa County Attorney Rick Romley and they have been asked to make their decision by December 31. This revised policy would apparently untie police and sheriffs deputies allowing them to call immigration anytime they see fit. Which is exactly what the police union has been asking for for years.
“When it was written, it was right for local law enforcement and our community,” Gordon told reporters. “But it was written in another time – and it was based on the premise that the federal government would fulfill all its responsibilities regarding immigration enforcement. Obviously, that has changed.”
As you would expect apologists for law breaking illegal aliens are wetting their pants and crying their way through boxes of tissues. One real jackass Salvador Reza made the following statement that “Mayor Gordon’s about-face is a result of his listening to a very small group of Minutemen, Nazis, and KKKs”! Are you kidding me?
Hispanic community leaders on Wednesday accused Mayor Phil Gordon of rushing through changes to a police department policy that prohibits officers from questioning the immigration status of people they run across during routine duties. On Monday, the mayor announced the formation of a four-man panel to come up with a revised policy that would allow officers to contact ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) when they have reason to question the immigration status of anyone who’s believed to have committed another infraction.
Basically the apologists and those who believe that they have any sorts of rights in this country because they are not citizen but just happen to be on American soil are slowly being choked out by the overwhelming desire by REAL Americans to stop illegal aliens. Another win for the good guys.

Activist Quanell X and dozens of other protesters Sunday faced hundreds of homeowners and supporters of Joe Horn, the Pasadena man who shot and killed two men he suspected of burglarizing a neighbor’s home more than two weeks ago.
Families of the slain men, Miguel Antonio DeJesus, 38, and Diego Ortiz, 30, also were present.
Yard signs lined the 7400 block of Timberline in Pasadena, where the incident took place, as well as on nearby streets.
Residents and Horn supporters waved American flags and carried signs reading, “We love our neighbor for protecting our neighbors” and “Burglary is a risky business.”
