• Minutemen, Nazis, and KKK’s Run Phoenix P.D!
Up until a few days ago the Phoenix Police Department was unable to call ICE or the Border Patrol when they caught a criminal who was suspected of being an illegal alien except under special circumstances. Their hands were tied by Police Operations Order 1.4 that is the order that currently prescribes and dictates exactly when a Phoenix Police Officer can call Immigration and Customs authorities — and when they cannot. It is the same Order that has caused Phoenix to be labeled by some as a “Sanctuary City”. In recent weeks, talk-radio hosts and newspaper columnists have battered Gordon for failing to quell a dispute over day laborers at M.D. Pruitt’s Home Furnishings, where 200 people gathered to protest on Saturday. But if you ask me I think they should just let them keep protesting because THE ILLEGAL ALIENS KEEP GOING OUT AND PROTESTING!
Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s human smuggling unit arrested 8 more illegal immigrants outside Pruitt’s Furniture on Saturday. That brings the total to 32 arrests over a 6-week period in which Sheriff’s deputies have been enforcing state and federal immigration laws througout Maricopa County.
Pro-illegal immigration and day laborer protesters have been lining up outside the Thomas road store, protesting the store and the Sheriff’s illegal immigration enforcement.
Arpaio says those protesters will be arrested and put in jail if they violate any laws on the Pruitt’s store property.
Well, (D) Mayor Phil Gordon has decided to change Police Operations Order 4.1! Gordon and city have come under criticism for the existing policy after the shooting death of a Phoenix Police officer by an illegal immigrant from Mexico. There are an estimated 579,000 illegals in the state making up 12 percent of Arizona’s work force, according to the Center for Immigration Studies.
The revised policy is being reviewed now by former U.S. Attorney Paul Charlton, former U.S. Attorney Jose Rivera, former Arizona Attorney General Grant Woods and former Maricopa County Attorney Rick Romley and they have been asked to make their decision by December 31. This revised policy would apparently untie police and sheriffs deputies allowing them to call immigration anytime they see fit. Which is exactly what the police union has been asking for for years.
“When it was written, it was right for local law enforcement and our community,” Gordon told reporters. “But it was written in another time – and it was based on the premise that the federal government would fulfill all its responsibilities regarding immigration enforcement. Obviously, that has changed.”
As you would expect apologists for law breaking illegal aliens are wetting their pants and crying their way through boxes of tissues. One real jackass Salvador Reza made the following statement that “Mayor Gordon’s about-face is a result of his listening to a very small group of Minutemen, Nazis, and KKKs”! Are you kidding me?
Hispanic community leaders on Wednesday accused Mayor Phil Gordon of rushing through changes to a police department policy that prohibits officers from questioning the immigration status of people they run across during routine duties. On Monday, the mayor announced the formation of a four-man panel to come up with a revised policy that would allow officers to contact ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) when they have reason to question the immigration status of anyone who’s believed to have committed another infraction.
Basically the apologists and those who believe that they have any sorts of rights in this country because they are not citizen but just happen to be on American soil are slowly being choked out by the overwhelming desire by REAL Americans to stop illegal aliens. Another win for the good guys.

Xbox/ Microsoft Screws The Little Guy
I am asking for all of your help here. 1 year and 8 days ago I bought an Xbox 360. I paid $600 for the console, 2 controllers, hard drive and a couple of games. I played it for 3 months and suddenly got an error on it that said “Unplayable Disk” every time I put something in. So I call their service department and they had me send it in and when they received it they promptly called me to tell me they were just sending me a new one. 3 weeks later I received it and didn’t have any more problems. That is until yesterday.
Yesterday my son tried to play our brand new game “Mass Effect” which we had bought the day before for the low-low price of $59.95. He got the “Unplayable Disk” error again. So when I got home after my 10 hours at work I start the service phone call. A few minutes in the young lady with the latin accent informs me that my warranty is up and they will have to charge me for the repair. That charge? $100! Which includes shipping and handling and gets me a new 1 year warranty and 1 month of Xbox Live (which figures out too be about $2.00). “How long had it been since my warranty expired”, I asked. 8 days ago. 8 DAYS AGO!
Sensing my frustration and apparent lack of sympathy for Microsoft I was transferred to a supervisor. “Mike” gets on the phone and with nearly the same Latin accent tells me he “feels my pain” (I shit you not) and patiently listens to me besmirch his daddy Bill Gates on how he’s putting his penny loafers in the little guys ass. He agreed with me and explains that when I sent the Xbox in the first time (7 months ago) that they fixed it for free but I did not pay the $25 for the extended warranty on the new one they sent me and that the warranty does not start new with the new machine. He says unfortunately there is nothing he can do with the exception of giving me 25% off so my final charge would be $75.00. I then asked what would happen if I had the “3 Flashing Red Lights Of Doom” on it would they still fix it past my warranty…. yes they would! But not my problem, noooooo not my problem.
This is unacceptable people. This is a malfunction that is due to their hardware problems. Not because I was putting grilled cheese sandwiches into it or using it to beat my kids with or using it to scramble eggs with. I have paid my $75. But I told “Mike” that in return for their charging me I would be having my own “Power To The People” moment. Here’s what I am doing, and what I am asking you to do. Just as I told them I would be doing and “Mike” said it was my prerogative to do so.
I will be calling the help center’s phone a minimum of 20 times a day for the next 4 weeks or until I receive my replacement/repaired Xbox. I figure that it would cost them a minimum of $3.00 to just answer the phone when it rings so forecasting 4 weeks at 20 times a day it should equal roughly $1600 by the time I get it back for a $75 charge on equipment that is faulty because they suck.
So I am asking all of you out there to call the following numbers and simply wait on hold until someone picks up and tell them that you are complaining about their service, tell them that your name is Ed Gruberman and simply hang up. When you have done this please just leave me a comment.

Some truthers showed up at the Bill Maher show and started disrupting it. He asks for them to be taken out and have their asses kicked by security. I personally think that there should be a designated place to bring them and have them shot. But that would just add to their government-a-phobia.

KNBC – Channel 4 News, RENO, NEVADA: “This afternoon we received a call from a viewer who said a business near downtown Reno was flying a Mexican flag above an American flag… which is in fact illegal.”This, after photos and comments about the flag were posted on Craigslist this morning. When we were able to have a photographer go and check everything out we found the story to be true.
It also didn’t take long before the situation provoked a strong reaction. We are now going to show you , unedited, what happened.

In the video a U.S Army veteran goes over to the Mexican bar in Reno where the Mexican flag is flying above the U.S. flag and he cuts it down with his Army knife. He takes the U.S. flag away and throws the Mexican flag on the ground.

When flags of States, cities, or localities, or pennants of societies are flown on the same halyard with the flag of the United States, the latter should always be at the peak. When the flags are flown from adjacent staffs, the flag of the United States should be hoisted first and lowered last. No such flag or pennant may be placed above the flag of the United States or to the right of the flag of the United States (the viewer’s left). When the flag is half-masted, both flags are half-masted, with the US flag at the mid-point and the other flag below.

Shawn Wasson says he spoke to the man himself, a.k.a. Jim Brossard, earlier this afternoon and asked him why he didn’t simply call the cops. Brossard’s answer: the cops refused to come. Why would the cops refuse to do that? Because, according to the ACLU, it’s not a crime to fly another flag above the stars and stripes:
While there is indeed a federal law regulating the display of the U.S. flag, that law is merely advisory and simply codifies standard government practice in displaying the American flag.
Several federal courts have examined this law and held that the flag rules are not mandatory and cannot be enforced. Indeed, if the federal flag rules were mandatory, they would clearly violate the First Amendment, which protects every American’s right to speak and express themselves, including their choice of flag to display.
I think they’re right, in which case Brossard doesn’t even have the excuse that he was doing the job American cops were supposed to, but didn’t, do. Now it’s on to the lawsuit, which he’ll lose — and then recoup the damages he has to pay 100 times over via donations from admiring conservatives.

When the white supremacist group VNN Vanguard Nazi/KKK tried to host a hate rally in Knoxville, Tennessee, they were foiled by … 100th ARA (Anti Racist Action) clowns!
Unfortunately for [VNN] the 100th ARA (Anti Racist Action) clown block came and handed them their asses by making them appear like the asses they were.
Alex Linder the founder of VNN and the lead organizer of the rally kicked off events by rushing the clowns in a fit of rage, and was promptly arrested by 4 Knoxville police officers who dropped him to the ground when he resisted and dragged him off past the red shiny shoes of the clowns.
“White Power!” the Nazi’s shouted, “White Flour?” the clowns yelled back running in circles throwing flour in the air and raising separate letters which spelt “White Flour”.
“White Power!” the Nazi’s angrily shouted once more, “White flowers?” the clowns cheers and threw white flowers in the air and danced about merrily.
“White Power!” the Nazi’s tried once again in a doomed and somewhat funny attempt to clarify their message, “ohhhhhh!” the clowns yelled “Tight Shower!” and held a solar shower in the air and all tried to crowd under to get clean as per the Klan’s directions.
At this point several of the Nazi’s and Klan members began clutching their hearts as if they were about to have a heart attack. Their beady eyes bulged, and the veins in their tiny narrow foreheads beat in rage. One last time they screamed “White Power!”
The clown women thought they finally understood what the Klan was trying to say. “Ohhhhh…” the women clowns said. “Now we understand…”, “WIFE POWER!” they lifted the letters up in the air, grabbed the nearest male clowns and lifted them in their arms and ran about merrily chanting “WIFE POWER! WIFE POWER! WIFE POWER!”
